How it all started
LIFE IS MOSTLY ATTITUDE & TIMING - borrowed from Jerry Jeff Walker, painted on our kitchen wall and words I live by. I used to create in the corporate world and now in the basement of 3 Adams in Natick. I am self-taught by internet, book, trial-and-error and life (my favorite way). I have a loving and funny wife, two beautiful, talented daughters and always remember my friendly studio companion named Coco. Close friends surround and occasionally mock me but always provide great company and a laugh. My golden horse-shoe is never far from me. I love my life and don’t take it for granted even for a minute.

When you take glass, metal and objects from the hardware store and heat them together to 1400 degrees -- unpredictable and magical things happen. When it works, I call it glass art. The physical and chemical interplay of the materials in the high heat produces wonderful blends of color and tone with depth and character. As the light changes from morning to night and season to season, so does glass art. Each work is unique and is given thought, care and time in creating. My ideas come from every-day shapes like hearts, guitars and fish and from pictures I see in books and magazines. Supportive family and friends serve-up great suggestions and ideas. I hope you enjoy looking at my sculptures and running your fingers along the smooth and bumpy glass. I take great joy and pride in making them. They make me smile and keep me balanced
